In 2023, Today was established with the goal of improving human resource processes in organizations. At a time when many large organizations were losing a significant portion of their credibility by neglecting the impact of their human capital, a group of experts came together to help the country’s technology and economic ecosystem by providing intelligent and practical services.

The Today Recruit system, part of the HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions from the Today Group, helps organizations optimize their human resource management processes. With over 22 years of experience in human capital software, attendance, and security, the Today is proud to serve more than 1,500 private and public organizations.

1. **Applicant Tracking System (ATS):**
This software manages the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings and applications. ATSs scan resumes for keywords and job requirements, efficiently and accurately screening applicants. This system automates many manual and time-consuming tasks, improving the recruitment process.

3. **Online Attendance Software:**
The online attendance system records and makes available all operations related to employee check-ins and check-outs, leave requests, missions, overtime, shifts, work calendars, and employee performance, all of which can be tracked and reported.
